The RPM-PRO software, available from our partner, Kinetic Racing Technologies, is a full-featured racecar parts usage and inventory-tracking program. It will allow your team to record the usage history and location of each component on the racecar. This information can then be used for the purpose of preventative maintenance, inventory and failure analysis.

Inventory Control

• RPM tracks the location of each part in your inventory
• Ideal quantity on hand values help keep track of your spares
• Sub-assemblies and nested sub-assemblies supported
• Parts can easily be moved to a new location using drag-n-drop

Session Detail

• Session information is saved for every part on the car
• Session information includes date, time, location and car information (temps, etc.)
• Session information can be imported from your logged data*

Part Detail

• Inspection and replacement limits are defined for each part
• Inspection or replacement actions can be triggered if any one of these defined limits is exceeded

Part Inspection/Replacement

• Parts requiring inspection or replacement are highlighted
• Estimated mileage can be entered to show potential problems before the car goes on track
• Actions triggered by exceeding defined limits in any of these categories:
  • Miles or Kilometers
  • Cumulative Time
  • Maximum RPM
  • Maximum Water Temperature
  • Maximum Oil Temperature
  • Minimum Oil Pressure

Part Life History

• A complete, detailed history of each part can be viewed at any time

Failure Analysis

•  Information is saved on failed parts to help determine trends and reasons for failure
